Give jobs multiple locations
I often get roles for businesses hiring the same thing in several locations. It annoys me that I have to add multiple roles. Can we add this function?

Potential matches to exclude non compliant candidates
Within the temp job workflow you are able to exclude candidates from potential matches if they are non compliant or incomplete.
It would be good to have this in the contract workflow settings so we only view those that are compliant.
Alternatively, if there could be some form of identifier in the potential match list to show if someone is not complaint that will help with booking candidates faster

Role Specific Compliance Packages
Within each of our sectors there are roles that have specific compliance requirements. Being able to tailor the correct compliance package to specific roles would be a huge benefit. Currently, we can not make something mandatory without it becoming mandatory for everyone, but the requirements for a health care support worker are very different from those of a qualified nurse. A qualified nurse must have an NMC registration, while a HCSW does not, but if we make it mandatory it becomes mandatory for everyone. Role specific compliance requirements is an essential step.

When a bounced email notification is received into inbox it would be ideal if the connected Firefish record could be automatically unsubscribed

Updated date - currently this is based on activities, would like to split this into a last action date which is activities and a last updated date which would include updates to the record, i.e. chnage of status or data on the record

Additional Custom Fields on Temp Workflow
We require 3 additional text fields on the Temp Workflow so we can remove manual updates external to Firefish from our processes - would it be possible to add more custom fields to the temp workflow.

Contact Calls Improvements
On the contact calls page, rather than having to select a contact or numerous contacts and then having to scroll down to the bottom to delete. Can you put a delete box next to it so we can delete as we go along
Would you be able to add a colour code system to the contact calls list so we can prioritise our order or be able to see the call notes on the main page
Also, can we have canvas call on the side as well as follow up calls.

Select multiple job roles when registering
Having the ability to select multiple job role preferences when manually registering a candidate, or when the candidate is registering themselves online - the vast majority of our candidates have multiple skills and will undertake multiple roles on site so be ideal for them to be able to correct all relevant trades so we are not missing information.

Convert report data into a saved search
It would be useful to be able to convert candiate/contact data from the report cards into a saved search if these tie into a project to be worked on - i.e. candidates with no discipline

Firefish SMS Improvements - Templating, Bulk SMS from To Do list view and Personalisation
We use the Firefish SMS packages and it would be great to see the option of SMS templates and I would love to see personalisation on SMS messaging. Merge field for candidate first name at least with sign off templated with Recruiter Name, Agency Name and Contact number, would be ideal!
Having this capability from To Do List - Interviews view on Dashboard to enable you to send bulk SMS to candidates rather than job workflow would be a great time saver!

CV Updated - No Ownership
We'd like the system to notify users when a candidate with no ownership updates their CV in Firefish

To be able to email multiple job specs to a candidate without having to attach them from a separate system/file.
in the Recruitment tab it would be great to be able to have a tick box to choose multiple job specs to attach to an email to the candidate, rather than having to open an email to the candidate & then attach the specs from a separate file. The job specs will be attached to the job record so they are in FF and would therefore be great and a time saver to simply click and they're attached to the email to the candidate.

Integrate with Safe Screening
Could we please integrate Firefish with our new compliance software - Safe Screening.
There is the potential for loads of benefits and will be much more efficient and professional.
This also helps protect us further with GDPR in mind.
