Allow for better Potential Matches on Jobs
When we add a job e.g. Project Manager, it has come up with over 2000 matches. You can currently include keywords, discipline and role.
1) it would be good if you could select multiple roles, e.g. Project manager and 'Senior Project Manager) so it shows both in the potential matches folder.
2) We have set up a third Category (in Preferences) for candidate's Sectors, however I cannot put this filter into the Job Summary under Potential Matches. This would immediately help me bring up Sector specific candidates too.
Please let us know if possible. Would really make FF stand out…

I’ve set this suggestion to “Open for Voting” for your first point.
For point 2, good news on this one – there is a setting within “Settings > System Configuration > Preferences” where you can choose where to display the Specialistion (third category) field. We’ve enabled this on the job for you now so you’ll be able to filter your Potential Matches further.

Interview Requested
Please could we have a "REQUESTED INTERVIEW" button on the The Considering, Recruiter Interviews, CVs Sent & Employer Interviews tabs with an associated Action Note and updated Status (visible to us and the candidate via the portal) so that we know we have requested interview availability.
This should also generate a standard email to request availability to interview.
At the moment we request interview slots over the phone. Candidates prefer email we know, and this extra status event would give more dynamic information to them re where they are in the process and also remind them that we are waiting…

Allow OR functionality on compliance document uploads
We only need one of Visa, ID or NI. It would be great if we could upload one and the rest would no longer be needed to mark the candidate as compliant.

Have a place to store a secondary email for a contact record
You can do this on candidate records and often contacts also have 2 emails so it would be useful to store both within the correct fields on Firefish.

When calling a contact about a candidate; have the ability to tag in the candidate so there is a clear link without adding them to a job
this action would then show on both the Contacts and Candidates record clearly and be easily found and reviewed within the recent actvity anytime without having to add them to a job.

Can we change / reverse the colours used to flag jobs
Can we change / reverse the colours used to flag jobs as the current traffic light system is in reverse order with Red meaning go / high priority and green low priority. As an agency that grades our vacancies for prioritising workload would add a lot of value if green means go and red stop!

Add annual salary as an option under the contract tab
Some contract jobs are fixed term and are salaried per annum as opposed to per day or per hour
It would be good to set an additional option to have per annum as a pay rate on a job

Bulk follow up email via the "contact emails" & "bulk emails" in the dashboard
It would be great to have a way to send a bulk follow up email via the "contact emails"/"bulk emails" in the dashboard - currently no way to send the same bulk email (and ideally scheduling further follow up emails) to all the contacts that appear in your "contact emails" & "bulk emails" in dashboard?

Compliance Module for out of date records
It would be helpful for there to be an option to bulk email all candidates who have not been contacted for a certain amount of time to confirm if they still want to be on the database. If a candidate is unsubscribed from email marketing, it is difficult to mail this group and track it through Firefish.
A separate module within the compliance section to email all candidates who have not engaged within a certain time period (2 years) would be really useful for this.12 votes -
Role Specific Compliance Packages
Within each of our sectors there are roles that have specific compliance requirements. Being able to tailor the correct compliance package to specific roles would be a huge benefit. Currently, we can not make something mandatory without it becoming mandatory for everyone, but the requirements for a health care support worker are very different from those of a qualified nurse. A qualified nurse must have an NMC registration, while a HCSW does not, but if we make it mandatory it becomes mandatory for everyone. Role specific compliance requirements is an essential step.
