  1. Sorting Certificates

    Be able to have the availibity to sort certificates in the profile tab to alphabetic / expiring order.

  2. to have multiple documents attached to an email in the doc library

    To be able to have multiple documents "hard wired" to emails. For example, we may want to send out a word document as well as a contract. Currently we have to decide which one goes in the doc library and which we manually attach.

    Having access to multiple docs to be attached at source would limit forgetting to attach and make our processes more compliant.

  3. Ability to edit/choose layout of candidate portal

    To have the ability to choose the layout of the candidate portal and specific fields that are available or hidden.

  4. Availability Statuses

    Ability to add in other availability statuses, currently you can set availability when a candidate is not available.
    I
    t would be useful if you could select unavailable Morning, Afternoon or evening (ideally make these multiple selects) and then set predefined times for each.

    For example - Unavailable Morning would be 6am-11am and when selected, this would block out this time on the candidate's availability.

  5. The ability to copy last years' KPI targets

    It can be time consuming, especially for target teams to reset KPI targets in January. It would be a big time saver if we could just copy from last year.

  7. Candidate Details - Restructure for better viewing by the recruiter

    When you require quite a high number of custom compliance details for candidates it can be very difficult to keep a track on with the current structure as it creates the details in one giant list with no option to create sub headings meaning you are forever scrolling trying to find what you are looking for.

    A good suggestion would be if we could add in category headers to the details tab so that you can easily find what details you are looking for.

  8. Automatic Star Rating

    Automatically change the star rating of a candidate based on certain actions (as well as being able to manually change). For example, the candidate stars can change to 4 stars if they attend an employers interview, 5 stars if placed, and 2 stars if they don't attend an interview, 1 star if they fail the pre qualification.

  9. Capitalise first letter of name and then lowercase

    When candidates register or apply to jobs, can the first letter of their name and surname be capitalised and the rest automatically being made lowercase?
    Frustrating having to keep changing.

  11. Allow a placement to be split between more than 3 consultants

  12. Enable us to change the headings in the documents folder to suit the needs of our business. Many thanks

    It would be great if those document headings could be something we could change individually as each FF customer will collate different types of documentation. This will reduce the need to store documents in other places and save us all time.

  14. Expand employer info when searching in the Sourcing Extension to include address (i.e. town)

  16. On the 'Applications' tab of an advert screen, it would be sooooo useful if the candidates desired salary was shown

    I realise you can hover over the candidate's name to reveal this info but if it had its own column you could then sort people into desired salary

  18. Candidates able to upload multiple documents within each section on their details tab

    It would be great if candidates were able to have the ability to upload more than one document of each type within the Details section on their profile. Currently candidates are only able to upload one document under each detail however it would be good if candidates were able to upload multiple for ones have expired and be able to delete their old ones.

  19. Option to select other users of Firefish when sending emails throughout Firefish from a dropdown list to CC in colleagues easily

    Like we have the ability to CC multiple contacts when sending emails, we should be able to CC our team members from a drop drop down.
    Currently if have to CC another user, we have to type in their email address

  20. Allow us to delete contacts

    In line with GDPR we should be able to delete contacts. Currently we can only archive these within the system
