Ability to add templates [Actions Library]
The templates which come as standard are great and the ability to edit them also great. However there are many times when we send very common responses to candidates that it would be really helpful to be able to add templates and then edit then accordingly. This way we could have a number of templates that we can customise for each need we have to send repetitive emails and save us having to copy paste from documents.

Upload a CV and pull all the information from it and add to the system [CV Parser]
For example, we should be able to upload a CV to the system, and the system takes the name, address, last job role and any other relevant information rather then adding CV's on to the system manually. Other CRM systems have this feature.

Custom Default Columns
I know users can already select extra columns to add to the default ones in candidate search results, but having these extra columns remain once they've been added & not disappear again once you log out would be a massive help.

Weekly planner for Contractors [Availability Planner]
A weekly planner that allows Sales Consultants, Managers and Support Staff to review all relevant information and action changes from the planner – see attached draft.
The planner shows; Company and location, Hiring Manager, Candidate, Job Title, Start Date, End Date, Pay Rate, Charge Rate Margin, PO No. etc… Allowing the user to view all information on jobs, past, present and future.
Users can act by filtering and sorting based on the above as well as remove, SMS and roll-on candidates from the planner.

Ability to search on last Business Development Call rather than just last action
I think I have raised this before but we really need the functionality to search contacts by last business development call rather than just last action. We need to be able to pull up searches of who needs speaking to rather than someone who has just received our marketing and eshots as we cant easily see who has engaged with us.

sending multiple roles to candidates
The ability to send multiple roles to candidates allows for speedier distribution and not having to access each role individually. Indiviudually can be time-consuming and not as efficient as we would like to work.

Notify candidate owner when a candidate updates from candidate portal
When a candidate updates any fields inside the candidate portal, the candidate owner should receive a notification that this has happened via the dashboard and/or email

Re-instate terminated candidates back into job
sometimes in temp a candidate is extended and then terminated as not needed but the client can call back in a couple of weeks wanting the same person - at the moment, if temp has been terminated, consultant would need ot create similar job, get it authorised and go through the compliance team again instead of being able to just add the terminated candidate back into workflow

Potential job matches on a candidate record
When we put a new candidate on the system they will automatically drop into potential matches in a job but without going in to the jobs individually we can't see which ones they have dropped in to. If the candidate record had a separate section which listed the potential live jobs they have dropped in to then we could quickly see if we have any live jobs for that candidate that we can contact them about. We are a volume recruiter so have over 200 lives jobs available and when we put a new candidate on it takes a long…

Consolidate dual records to see both Candidate/Contact recent activity in one screen
It would be advantageous to see the consolidated notes, rather than having to remember to check both screens. To clarify, it is useful to have the facility to separate the activity, but it would also be useful to have the option to specify ‘show combined’. With that, for FireFish to remember the user’s specification e.g. for my Recent Activity to always display as combined.

Added functionality for Linkedin Plugin
Couple of additional features which would be incredibly helpful when adding new client contacts using the new plugin:
The plugin to recognise and auto-populate the current employer details - it's a standard field on someone's Linkedin page, so should be simple to add. Of course, with the ability to manually over-ride if it's not correct. Or with the ability to select from a dropdown function which scrapes their last 2 or 3 employers, just in case they're showing multiple 'current' employers.

We have lots of ideas for how we could improve the Extension in future versions - some more easily achieved than others, but it would be great to hear the communities thoughts on what we could do.

Add single records to a list
Be able to add a candidate or a contact to a saved search one by one. From the record, add to a saved search. A way of being able to chose a record, rather than having to match a criteria.

Docusign for more documents
It would be great if the docusign function was available for other documents such as terms of business for clients or candidate documents such as the Contract for Services or the 48 hour opt out agreement.

The ability to merge saved searches or add additional searches into previous saved searches.
When building lists to mass mail you cant merge two lists and often different criteria can be used to build different searches.
Without being able to merge or add to a saved list there is a big risk of sending the same email a number times to teh same client

Search for Candidates and Clients by Action Events
An integral function of the CRM is to have the capability to search for contacts or candidates by certain actions.
for instance, it would be great if you could seas all contacts that had a placement action. this would give you very warm list quickly.
Or search all candidates that had placements with a certain contacts/?
Or search all contacts that have had meetings within 3 months so to reactivate if needed.
Or all candidates that have had a proactive call to re-qualify.

Search by engagement indicator
Can we have the option to run a search by engagement indicator? I.E. Engaged within the last 6 months. Or if when we search all we could filter/sort by engagement indicator?
