Report on Candidate Details Changes with Timestamp
Would like the ability to report on changes being made to candidate details page with timestamps showing when details have been changed & who by.

Add compliance detail to job module of reports dashboard
specifically looking at contract placements most placement reporting will require some level on compliance columns of those reports so having this added to the placements report would help with having all the candidate information in one place

Potential Matches Side Panel
At the moment the potential matches show at job creation and then remain on the summary when a job is created.
It would be good to move the potential match fields into a side panel on the potential matches tab to consolidate these fields onto a single page.

Private Jobs
have the option to create a job as 'private' so no other users can see the jobs, i.e. internal vacancies

Ability to set status of client meetings to determine if it's scheduled/rescheduled/completed/no show/cancelled

Display 'Date Created' on Jobs (Open and Closed)
Display 'Date Created' on Jobs (Open and Closed... all jobs).
Make this visible when viewing your list of jobs.
Make it 'searchable' for jobs created between dates (on 'Analyse' / Reporting and Dashboards)
Be able to report on Jobs Created by date.

In the meantime you can add the company column into the jobs module on the report dashboard. This will allow you to report on the company associated with the jobs created based on created date.

Ability to reorder custom fields
When using the full range of available custom field (especially for jobs) it can look quite messy with the different dropdown and text fields (screenshot attached) it would be good if we had the ability to sort these into a different order either like we can on the compliance details with a drag and drop or a sort button like we have in the dropdown settings.

Changing date of note when adding a note
When adding a note to the system it would be good to be able to choose a different date for that note.
For example if you are out of the office all day and can only add the notes from any site visits the next day then we need to be able to change the date to the date the site was actually visited

Enable a feature to be able to add and save custom terms that are not purely on salary - for example exclusive/multi-agency or flat fees.

Send Consent Requests from Users
Add the ability for consent requests to be sent from individual users who are manually creating candidates or submitting consent requests from the candidate profile

Upload pictures for both mobile and computer view on website seperately
At the moment, banner images crop differently depending on the device the picture is being viewed on. You're also not able to say how the image would crop on different views.
Having the ability to upload a 'Computer View' banner and an alternative 'Mobile View' banner would resolve this

Submit Timesheet Documents to Xero
When submitting timesheet information for invoices in Xero, we'd like to be able to choose whether we send any documents attached to that timesheet along with it.

Consolidate dual records to see both Candidate/Contact recent activity in one screen
It would be advantageous to see the consolidated notes, rather than having to remember to check both screens. To clarify, it is useful to have the facility to separate the activity, but it would also be useful to have the option to specify ‘show combined’. With that, for FireFish to remember the user’s specification e.g. for my Recent Activity to always display as combined.

When an advert is closed or job is filled, clear all outstanding application notifications associated to the role from the to-do list.

Reports Dashboard - Meetings
At the moment its only possible to Report on "Interview - Arranged". Can you also add in the option for "Interview" To display when the interview occurs - so this can display within the set time period, rather than just the interview being arranged
