    Zapier is an integrations passthrough that can allow automation triggers between apps. As well as Mailchimp, you will be able to integrate with any marketing platform supported by the Zapier platform.

    Hi all


    I'm pleased to announce that our Zapier for Marketing integration is now live and ready to use! Thanks for all your votes and support on this idea.


    Using Zaps, you can send a saved search list from Firefish to your preferred platform of choice, and then have that platform return any email marketing unsubscribes back to Firefish.

  2. Radius search for jobs on the website

    It would be very helpful if candidates could search for vacancies using their postcode and a radius on the website. Show me all the jobs in a 5-mile radius of BN1...

    Interviews - seeing the list of interviews all in one place rather then having to keep changing the dates to see what interviews are booked .

    We're delighted to say that you're now able to view all upcoming interviews from the Reports Dashboard. 


    Using the 'Follow Up Date' date property you're able to report on upcoming interviews due to take place within the time period selected on the dashboard.

  6. Enterprise - Match the preferences selected in the primary to the secondary site and only show the ones selected on the secondary

    Currently this is setting is still showing the full primary list on the secondary site for web which would be a priority to solve.

    Hi all


    I'm pleased to announce that this idea has now been delivered! Thanks for your votes.


    Using our Public API, you can now request information and statistics on adverts created in Firefish. To gain access to the Adverts API endpoints, ask your superuser to navigate to Integrations -> Custom API to create API credentials using the 'Adverts Read' permission scope.

  8. Calendar when creating/editing placements

    When creating a placement the calendar is Mon-Sun but when you amend the existing placement it shows at Sun-Sat.

    Would it be possible to link this with the start of the business week in the System Config settings?

  11. Chat GPT in Adverts

    Integrating Chat GPT into the Advert page to allow users to create advert content based on the advert, job and company details. The user should have the option to generate the advert content when creating or modifying an advert. They should also have the option to view and edit the prompt used to generate the content.

  12. Auto fill postcode when posting jobs to Reed

    We would really like this feature because this hugely increases the chance of search success on job boards.

    We have been assured by Reed that the postcode does not display to the web visitor, which was your stated reason for this feature not being enabled

    This is a standard feature in your CV library integration so surely makes sense to have a uniform approach.

    Hi all


    I'm pleased to announce that this idea was delivered as a part of a series of small change requests over the Christmas period.


    The ‘Location’ field on the Reed posting modal will now populate according to the address found on the Company Record linked to the Advert:


    • If the Company record has a postcode, this will be auto populated in the ‘Location’ field. 
    • If there is no Postcode on the Company record, the field will populate using the Town. 
    • If the Company record doesn’t have a Postcode or a Town, the ‘Location’ field will remain blank.

  13. To be Notified when a Candidate Updates their Original CV through the Portal

    When a candidate Updates their CV through the portal to somehow be notified either by email (to owning consultant) or appear on the dashboard or to appear in Web registrations - so that you are aware a potential hot candidate is back as current and active!

  15. Add the Advert URL as a Merge Field for the Candidate Interview Confirmation Email

    It would be great if the job advert could be added to the interview confirmation email to the candidate as currently we are copy and pasting every time and need an additional tab open to access the link. This would be so much easier if it could be added as a merge field.

    Hi All


    The AdvertURL merge field is now available within the following email templates:


    Module: Job

    Category: General

    Email Template: Recruiter Interview – Candidate


    Module: Job

    Category: General

    Email Template: Employer Interview – Candidate


    When added to an email, this merge field will be populated with the URL of the advert linked to the job. If there is more than 1 advert linked to the job, then all advert URLs should be listed.

  18. Arrange Employer Interview on behalf of user

    To be able to arrange an Employer Interview but assign it to another user (so the selected user gets the KPI, To Do task and Diary entry).

    "Confirm User" field is currently available on Recruiter Interviews so same functionality on Employer Interviews.

  20. On Reports Dashboard - report on New Jobs Created, Revenue, Split 1st & 2nd Interviews

    So……I am loving the Reports Dashboard that you have within Firefish and I’ve built them to align with the metrics that we track, but…I am hitting a wall on a couple of things I think are pretty simple and that we should be able to measure against?

    These are:

    • New Jobs Created
    • Revenue Splitting 1st & 2nd interviews on the "Interviews" metric

    We'll also be looking to add the ability to filter reports by Interview Stage (1st, 2nd etc.) so keep your eyes peeled for this improvement shortly.
